A fine artist until college, I decided graphic design might provide a more modern and innovative career that still allowed me to apply my love for form, color, and composition. So while my process is heavily steeped in illustration, I have fully welcomed software and typography into my arsenal of mediums alongside watercolor and charcoal. Besides the occasional pen or vector drawing, I greatly enjoy experimenting with bringing my art to life with motion graphics and animation.

While graphic design might be my main passion, my weekends are generally dedicated to other activities such as reading, marathoning the extended edition Lord of the Rings for the umpteenth time, or shredding the local mountain bike trails. If you catch me staring out a window, I'm probably watching a bird.
